This special Storyteller Series presentation welcomes Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Suzy Bogguss for an intimate evening celebrating the songs, stories, and remarkable career of one of America's most enduring voices in country and roots music.
A defining artist of country music's 1990s resurgence, Bogguss earned four million album sales and a string of beloved hits including "Outbound Plane," "Drive South," "Hey Cinderella," "Someday Soon," and "Letting Go." While those songs established her as a country radio favorite, her career has always reached far beyond a single genre.
From recording alongside the legendary Chet Atkins and Ray Benson to exploring jazz, folk, western swing, and Americana, Bogguss has built a career defined by curiosity, artistry, and unmistakable vocals. Her Grammy-winning work, acclaimed songwriting, and collaborations with artists including Kathy Mattea, Terri Clark, and Pam Tillis have made her one of the most respected performers in American roots music.
Her remarkable career continues to reach new milestones. In 2025, Bogguss was inducted into the Illinois Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and in January 2026 she was welcomed as the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry—an honor recognizing more than three decades of exceptional musicianship.
Whether you've followed her since the days of country radio or are discovering her for the first time, this promises to be a memorable evening in Live From The Divide's intimate listening room, where every seat offers a close connection to the music and the stories behind it.
