ABOUT THE EVENT

We are setting up in a field. Plan for it. 8 foot tables are under a large tent. No pipe and drape, no table covers. Stake down your personal tents. We are in a field. Plan on it. Yes, I am saying that twice. Parking is in the lot, not in the event space. If you are buying a vendor with a vehicle ticket, then you are parking in the field bordering the road between the event space and the most southern gravel parking lot. At 10:00 there will be staff directing everyone to their parking spots/spots.
