ABOUT THE EVENT

Roadrunner is Montana's own loving tribute to the Jerry Garcia Band. Performing JGB classics like Cats Under the Stars, Run for the Roses, Mission in the Rain & Ruben & Cherise along with Jerry's favorite songs like Dear Prudence, How Sweet it Is, Harder They Come, Midnight Moonlight & the list goes on and on and on! Roadrunner recreates a Jerry Garcia Band setlist from the past in hopes of recreating the magical vibe and positive experience of the JGB shows of long ago. With Phil Sgamma on bass, Jason Freeman on keys, Bob Johnson on drums, Tyler James on guitar and vocals, accompanied by backing vocalist's Elyse Bruzdzinski and Lenka Swenson, this performance will mark Roadrunner's first outing on the Filler stage in 2025 and Roadrunner LOVES The Filling Station!

Opening the show is BoZambique, performing dance music inspired by AfroPop music from Ghana and Nigeria, as well as Desert Blues from the Sahara region of Africa. With Ben Klein on flute, Loren Block on bass, Blaise Arsenault on guitar and Doug Wales on congas & percussion, this band offers an energetic infusion of American Rythm & Blues, Jazz and Rock for a very unique sound they call BoZambique.
